What kind of data do you store?
We receive the information that is used with the API, for example user details submitted during sign-up and images uploaded to the user-trainable VTL. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, cookies, and other interactions with the API as outlined in our privacy policy. ^ Back to top

How do I view my plan and payment history?

How much does it cost to use MonocularAPI?
Depends on your usage. You can view all of our pricing plans here ^ Back to top
What happens if I exceed the usage limit?
You will be notified once you have reached 80% of the monthly usage limit of your chosen plan, and again once you reach 100%. If you go over the set usage for your plan, the excess usage will be billed during the next billing cycle, based upon your usage tier. ^ Back to top
How am I billed?
You will be billed monthly based on your chosen plan. No long-term contracts required. ^ Back to top
What forms of payment do you accept?

What do I do if my account is compromised, hacked, or used outside of my control?
Not cool. Make sure to immediately change your password to a new secure password, suspend any apps that seem suspicious, and contact us at support@jemsoft.co from the email address associated with the affected account. ^ Back to top
How do I deactivate an account?
To deactivate your account, please send an email to support@jemsoft.co from the email address associated with the account you want to deactivate, stating that you wish to have your account suspended or deleted. You can also suspend apps temporarily or delete them permanently from the MonocularAPI dashboard. ^ Back to top
